The focal mechanism solution of the origin in the stereographic projection on the lower hemisphere is shown in the table, it was obtained in USGS NEIC with W-phase Moment Tensor (Mww) techniqueand in Lamont-Dohert Earth Observatory, Columbia University, USA (LDEO GCMT) with СМТ (Centroid moment tensor) technique. Solutions obtained in different centers are close.
The earthquake occurred under the action of compression stresses close in magnitude (PL=4-15º) and oriented to the south (AZ=175-181º) and tensile stresses (PL=7º) oriented to the east (AZ=75º). One nodal plane NP1 strikes to the west (STK=255-269º), another NP2 – to the east (STK=92º-94º), Both planes are inclined to the horizon at the angles (DIP=30-60º).
The type of motion along both planes – reverse faults.
The seismic moment obtained in USGS NEIC makes Mo=3.993*10**18 N*m, Mww=6.3. According to LDEO GCMT Mo=3.87*10**18 N*m, Mw=6.3
