Focal mechanism solution of the origin was calculated at the GS RAS with signs of initial arrivals of P waves at 82 stations, including 72 stations which registered compression waves (plus signs), and 10 stations which registered tensile waves (minus signs). The stations are located in the interval of epicentral distances 2-102º and in azimuth sector Az=0-358º. Focal mechanism solution in stereographic projection on the lower hemisphere and elements of the mechanism are presented in the table. The table also contains focal mechanism solutions obtained at the USGS NEIC with WW-phase Moment Tensor (Mww) technique and in Lamont-Dohert Earth Observatory of Columbia University, USA (LDEO GCMT) with СМТ (Centroid moment tensor) technique. Solutions from different centers are close. The earthquake was caused by predominantly east-oriented compression stresses (AZ=99-100º) according to GS RAS and USGS NEIC and east-southeast (AZ=107º) according to LDEO GCMT. One nodal plane NP1 strikes south-southwest (STK=191-193º) according to GS RAS and USGS NEIC and south (AZ=186º) according to LDEO GCMT, another plane NP2 strikes north (STK=8-9º) according to GS RAS and USGS NEIC and north-northeast (AZ=20º) according to LDEO GCMT. NP1 plane lies more horizontally (DP=12-19º) if compared with NP2 (DP=71-78º). The type of motion along NP1 – thrust, along NP2 – reverse fault. The seismic moment of the earthquake was obtained in GS RAS from the spectrum of P waves registered at the station "Obninsk" (∆ 66.5º), it makes Mo=2.036*10**20 N*m, Mw=7.5. The seismic moment according to USGS NEIC makes Mo=1.549*10**20 N*m, Mww=7.4. According to LDEO GCMT it makes Mo=2.01*10**20 N*m, Mw=7.5.
