Fig. 1 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Seimchan (∆ 3.1º), Petropavlovsk Group (∆ 7.7º), Bilibino (∆ 10.5º), Yakutsk (∆ 10.7º), Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (∆ 13.9º). Fig. 2 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Zeya (∆ 14.4º), Tiksi (∆ 14.8º), Kuldur (∆ 15.5º), Tupik (∆ 17.7º), Ussuriysk Group (∆ 19.6º).

According to the Magadan Branch of GS RAS the earthquake was felt in the following settlements: Magadan, Uptar I=6 points, Stekolny, Gadlya, Klepka, Palatka I=5 points, and Ola, Seymchan I=4 points.
In Magadan and Uptar, plaster damage was observed in some houses. One resident's bathroom tiles were torn off.
Cracks appeared on a small section of asphalt road.
Focal mechanism solution of the origin was obtained by GS RAS with signs of initial arrivals of P waves at 40 stations, including 18 stations which registered compression waves (plus signs), and 22 stations which registered tensile waves (minus signs). The stations are located in the interval of epicentral distances 0.4-68º and in azimuth sector Az=9-349º. Focal mechanism solution in stereographic projection on the lower hemisphere and elements of the mechanism are presented in the table. The earthquake was caused by predominantly east-northeast oriented tensile stresses. (AZ=65º). One nodal plane NP1 strikes S-SE (STK=161º), another plane NP2 – strikes N-NW (STK=330º). NP1 plane is dipping more horizontal (DP=32º) if compared with NP2 (DP=58º). The type of motion along NP1 – thrust, along NP2 – reverse fault.
