Focal mechanism solution of the origin was calculated by GS RAS with signs of initial arrivals of P waves at 106 stations, including 77 stations which registered compression waves (plus signs), and 29 stations which registered tensile waves (minus signs). The stations are located in the interval of epicentral distances 2.2-107.2º and in azimuth sector Az=0-357º. Focal mechanism solution in stereographic projection on the lower hemisphere and elements of the mechanism are presented in the table. The table also contains focal mechanism solutions obtained at the USGS NEIC with WW-phase Moment Tensor (Mww) technique and in Lamont-Dohert Earth Observatory of Columbia University, USA (LDEO GCMT) with СМТ (Centroid moment tensor) technique. Solutions from different centers are close. The earthquake was caused by similar compression stresses oriented SW (AZ=213-225º) and tensile stresses oriented NW (AZ=313-315º). One nodal plane NP1 strikes N (STK=352,353 и 1º), another NP2 – strikes E (STK=85º) according to GS RAS and LDEO GCMT and W (STK=270º) according to USGS NEIC. According to GS RAS and LDEO GCMT nodal plane NP1 is dipping more horizontally (DP=55-60º) if compared with NP2 (DP=85º), according to USGS NEIC both planes are dipping to the horizon rather steeply at close angles (DIP=82-84º). The type of motion along NP1 – right lateral slip, along NP2 – left lateral slip. The seismic moment was obtained in GS RAS from the spectrum of P waves registered at the station "Obninsk" (∆ 54.9º), it makes Mo=1.27*10**20 N*m, Mw=7.4. Seismic moment according to USGS NEIC makes Mo=4.634 *10**20 N*m, Mww=7.71. According to LDEO GCMT it makes Mo= 5.13*10**20 N*m, Mw=7.7.
